Returns Policy
Thank you so much for your interest in my artwork. Each painting I create is a one-of-a-kind original, made with care and intention — often in small bursts of energy when I’m able. I hope that when you receive a piece, it brings you as much joy as I had in making it.
Because these are original artworks, please take a moment to read the returns policy below before purchasing.
Original Paintings
Every painting is a unique piece. I do my best to photograph and describe each one accurately, but if you’d like to see more images or have any questions before buying, please feel free to contact me at lisarcat@gmail.com — I’m happy to help.
Returns
If your painting arrives damaged or isn’t as described, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery. I’ll work with you to sort things out, including a refund or replacement where appropriate.
Please note that I’m unable to offer returns or refunds for:
- A change of heart
- Small differences in colour due to screen settings
- Commissioned or customised pieces
Damaged Items
If something arrives damaged, I’ll need:
- Your order details
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the artwork and packaging
Please email these to lisarcat@gmail.com as soon as possible so we can find the best solution.
How to Return a Painting (if agreed)
If we’ve agreed on a return, the painting must be:
- Safely packaged in the original or similar protective wrapping
- Sent using a tracked and insured delivery method
- Returned in the same condition you received it
Unless the return is due to an error or damage on my end, the return postage will be your responsibility.
Refunds
Once the painting is safely back with me, I’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days for it to appear on your account.
